The Plastic Surgery Center of Wichita, Kansas, is a group of three Plastic Surgeons,
all certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
The Center is a product of a plastic surgery practice started in 1968. This makes it the
longest-standing private plastic surgery practice in the state.
It is our mission to provide the highest standard of safety and technical expertise to our patients. Our surgeons possess outstanding credentials and experience. In addition, our outpatient facility is fully accredited by the American Association of Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities and the State of Kansas. We use only Physician Anesthesiologists certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology to further ensure the highest standard of safety for your procedure.
Complementing our surgeons is a support staff consisting of registered operating room nurses, certified operating room technicians, patient coordinators, and medical assistants.

All our physicians practice cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. The following is a list of the types of cases which fall under the specialty of plastic surgery:
- Cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and abdomen.
- Body contouring by implants, grafts and liposuction.
- Surgery for birth deformities of cleft lip and palate.
- Breast reconstruction for benign and malignant disease.
- Laser surgery and laser treatment for wrinkles and hair removal.
A majority of surgeries are performed by our physicians on an outpatient basis. For your convenience and privacy, the Plastic Surgery Center has two operating rooms as well as a pre-operative care area and recovery room. Procedures can be performed using either local with sedation or general anesthesia. The method of anesthesia used is based on the patient and surgeon's preference. We use only Physician Anesthesiologists certified by American Board of Anesthesiology to further ensure the highest standard of safety for your procedure.
The Ambulatory Surgery Suite is fully accredited by the American Association of Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities and the State of Kansas. We also perform surgeries at the following locations:

There are two types of plastic surgery: cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery.
Cosmetic surgery is performed to reshape normal structures of the body in order to improve the patient's appearance and self-esteem. Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Breast Reduction, Eyelid Surgery, Facelift, Facial Contouring, Forehead Lift, Nose Surgery, Abdominoplasty, Arm Lift, Body Lift and Liposuction are all types of cosmetic plastic surgery.
Reconstructive surgery is performed on abnormal structures of the body, caused by congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumors or disease. It is generally performed to improve function, but may also be done to approximate a normal appearance. There are many types of reconstructive surgeries including Breast Reconstruction, Breast Reduction, Cleft Lip repair and Cleft Palate repair.
